Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on January 25, 1994, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager noted that the Police Department is
considering decertification from the Police Union.
The consensus of the Board was to have the Labor Attorney give
direction on how the village should act during decertification.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :44 p.m.
