Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on January 25, 1994, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager noted that off-the-record negotiations took
place between the Fire Union and the Village. it doesn 't appear
that these discussions will enable the Village and Union to reach
an agreement prior to the Federal Arbitrator 's decision on the
contract .
