Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on February S. 1994, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Board discussed the hiring of a new Social Worker
Supervisor.
The consensus of the Board was to concur with the
recommendation of the Village Manager in a report dated February
1 , 1994 . The report discusses the salary range of the Social
Worker Supervisor in relation to the Social Worker position. The
salary ranges will be reduced and the new ranges as of May 1 ,
will be as follows:
Social worker Supervisor
$32,444 to $44,332
Social Worker
$29,404 to $40,302
In addition, it was the consensus that the one employee whose
salary is in excess of the salary range will not receive a pay
increase until the salary range advances beyond the employee 's
current salary.
