Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on February 8, 1994, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported that Police Officers have signed
representation cards with the Metropolitan Alliance of Police
(MAP) .
A union election will be forthcoming. The election will
determine if police officers are represented by the FOP, MAP, or
no union.
