Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on April 26, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney brought the Board up-to-date on his
preparation for condemnation litigation against Jewel .
The consensus of the Board was to tentatively schedule an
Executive Session to discuss the matter at 6:30 p.m. on May 24 .
This meeting will prepare the Board for action to be taken, if
any, at the May 24 Village Board Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
