Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on May 24, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village Manager noted that a report was distributed to
the Board on prices of land for possible purchase in order to
relocate a fire station.
The consensus of the Board was to delay discussion on this
matter until a later date.
