Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on June 14, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The consensus of the Board was to amend the current residency
requirement to provide a residency distance of 15 miles from
Village corporate limits rather than 15 miles from the Village
Hall for sworn personnel . Residency has been an issue with the
Fire Union and has been discussed by the Police Union.
This change will be placed on the June 28, 1994 Village Board
consent Agenda.
