Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on September 13, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The village Attorney reported on the Fair Housing
complaint regarding the number of handicap parking stalls for
the Village on the Lake. It was noted that the Village used
the Illinois Rehabilitation Act standard of 2% parking
reserved for handicap stalls in determining their compliance
with the law. Apparently this standard is lower than what is
required under the Fair Housing Act.
It was clarified that Trustee Johnson is not a party in
the litigation on the complaint.
