Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on September 27, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
It was noted that the Fire Union is proposing to drop all
Unfair Labor Practice charges against the Village if the
Village drops all Unfair Labor Practice charges against the
Union.
The consensus of the Committee was to have Labor Attorney
Clark pursue this request with the Union.
