Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on October 25, 1994 this Executive session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager requested to approach the Fire Union
to determine if they could combine arbitration with the Police
Union on health insurance. This may expedite the matter for
the Village.
The consensus of the Board was to approve this request .
