Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on January 10, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a land acquisition matter.

Disposition of Land (Well Site #4)
The Village Manager reported that Chicago Magnet Wire rejected
the Village 's offer to sell the property at $5.00 per square
foot ($5,000) .
The consensus of the Board was to take the property off the
market and consider other uses for it.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
