Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on March21, 1995, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE SESSION
March 21, 1995
7:00 p.m.
The meeting began at 7:00 p.m.
The renewal of the Village's Health Care Plans was discussed with the
Personnel Officer highlighting the history of the Plans and the
recommendations for the 1995-1996 Renewal . The Village Plan and its
rates were discussed. It was unanimously agreed to recommend to the
entire Board the renewal of all aspects of the plan with a 0% rate
increase. The HMO Plan rates were discussed and it was agreed to
contact HMO Illinois and request a 0% increase in their rates rather
than their submitted 2% increase request.
Trustee Johnson requested the calculation of costs and contributions
reflecting a formula of 100% Village contributions for employees and
employee 100% contributions for family coverage.
The meeting concluded at 8:10 p.m.
