Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority
vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and
Board of Trustees on 3-28-95, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
Issue - Health Care Insurance Renewal
The Chairman of the Personnel Committee reported that the Personnel
Committee reviewed Health Insurance matters and there will be no
increase in premiums this year.
It was the consensus of the Board that the Village and HMO Health Care
Plans be renewed with no increase to the monthly premium rates for
either Plan. This item will appear on the April 11th Village Board
Agenda.
In addition, the Personnel Committee indicated that retired employees
do not have the ability to switch insurance carriers offered by the
Village during Open Enrollment. Upon further discussion, it was the
consensus of the Board to allow retired employees the option to change
health care plans at Open Enrollment.
