Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on April 11, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
Release of Executive Session Minutes
The Village Manager notified the Village Board that it
was necessary to discuss the release of previous Executive
Session minutes. The village Manager recommended that all
minutes pertaining to internal investigations, labor
negotiations, and litigation be held from release. This
includes all information pertaining to the Grove Mall
condemnation proceedings. The Village Attorney concurred.
The Village Manager recommended the release of minutes
pertaining to litigation of WBBM Radio Tower, Pecora, and
Biesterfield Road Extension, due to the fact that all legal
issues in these matters had been resolved and that the Village
no longer held any liability.
Upon further discussion the consensus of the Board was to
release the minutes as noted by the Village Manager.
The meeting adjourned at 10:02 p.m.
