Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on April 11, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Board discussed the recommendations of the
Village Manager pertaining to addition/deletion of certain
positions and personnel requests from Department Heads which
were contained in his February 17, 1995 memo.
The consensus of the Village Board was to concur with the
recommendations made by the Village Manager.
The meeting adjourned at 10:14 p.m.
