Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on May 9, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
Future Utilization of Village Property
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that it
was necessary to discuss the utilization and sale of various
Village owned properties and purchase of other property. The
Village Manager recommended that this be done through the
Capital Improvements Committee.
Upon further discussion, the consensus of the Village
Board was to have these issues examined by the Capital
Improvements Committee.
In addition, it was the consensus of the Village Board to
have staff provide a comprehensive report on the involuntary
annexation of properties adjacent to or surrounded by the
Village.
