consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
Purita Mackey Home Day Care
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that the
Health Services Coordinator was working in conjunction with
the Village Attorney to compile information to make a
recommendation to the Village Board regarding the reissuance
of a home day care license to Purita Mackey, 725 Arizona. The
report will be forthcoming.
