Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on June 13, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney brought the Village Board up to date
on negotiation of the probationary license for Purita Mackey's
home day care at 725 Arizona Pass.
The Village Attorney stated that he is close to
finalizing an agreement on a license renewal that will will be
issued under the following conditions:
-- Purita Mackey must maintain a log detailing her time
in and out of the home; and
-- The Department of Children and Family Services
(DCFS) will be contacted and made aware of
Village inspections so that they may choose to
accompany Village inspectors.
