Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on June 13, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Land Acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Chairman of the Capital Improvement Committee
reported that the Committee recommends that the Village sell
the Village 's 1 ,000 square feet of property at 901 Chase to
Chicago Magnet Wire at the previously discussed price of $5
per square foot .
The consensus of the Village Board was to authorize the
Village Manager to negotiate the selling of the property to
Chicago Magnet Wire.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :10 p.m.
