Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 11, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Manager brought the Village Board up to date
on the status of the negotiations for Purita Mackey's day care
license renewal .
The Village Manager stated that a memorandum of
understanding was being prepared for Purita Mackey's signature
which outlined the following:
-- that Mackey pursue further education in the home day
care field;
-- that Mackey keep a log of her time absent from the
home while children are present;
-- that all inspectors who enter the house will act in a
professional manner;
-- that the Village will notify the Department of
Children and Family Services (DCFS) 5 days prior
to performing inspections but can still perform
the inspections if DCFS does not attend; and
-- that the renewed license would last for a one-year
probationary period and can be rescinded if Mackey
fails to comply with any terms of the agreement .
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
