Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on September 12, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The consensus of the Village Board was to sell the
Dierking Terrace property and to use the revenue from the sale
of the property to purchase an additional 1 to 1 .5 acres of
the Busse property adjacent to the future Fire Department
location.
