Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on October 10, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Land Acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village Manager stated that Alan Busse had agreed to
sell an additional 1 .5 acres of his property to the Village.
The property would be located adjacent to the property
currently owned by the Village and could be utilized to
accommodate a fire training facility, salt dome, and other
potential uses.
The consensus of the Village Board was to authorize the
purchase of 1 .5 acres of property from Alan Busse at a value
of $5 per square foot .
The meeting adjourned at 9 :14 p.m.
