Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on October 10, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reviewed the Fire Chief 's report
regarding the civilianization of Pre-Planning and Fire
Inspection personnel . Upon further discussion the consensus
of the Village Board was as follows:
-- continue hireback of firefighters for inspectional
services and pre-planning through April 30, 1996;
-- Include the civilianization of inspectional services
in the FY 1996-97 budget .
-- Proceed now with the privatization of pre-fire
planning
-- begin formulating a job description in preparation of
civilianizing those services on May 1 , 1996.
