Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on December 12, 1995 this Executive Session was called to
consider a Litigation matter.

Li riga tion
The Village Attorney brought the Village Board up to
date on the status of the Giammarusco liquor license
request. The Village Attorney stated that the request
appears as Regular Agenda item 7A on the Village Board
agenda for 12/12/95. When determining if the number of
available licenses should be increased, the Village Board
could consider the number of licenses already issued; the
number of liquor serving establishments in the area; the
character and condition of the shopping center; the
proximity to residential zoned uses and the like.
