Land Sale
The Village Manager requested authorization to seek the
services of an industrial real estate broker to assist the
Village in the sale of the Dierking Terrace property.
Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the Village
Board to authorize the Village Manager to retain an
industrial broker, Ron Behm of Bennet and Kahnweiler,
subject to Village Board approval of the contract.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :15 p.m.
