Litiga tion
The Village Manager requested the authority to settle
an injury claim in an amount not to exceed $30, 000 for a
personal injury suit filed against the Village related to an
accident in the parkway of 310 Charing Cross Road.
Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the Village
Board to have the Village Attorney review the case and make
a recommendation on the settlement.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :20 a.m.
