scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on lanuary 23. 1996.
this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Manager advised the Village Board that he
will be obtaining a consultant to perform a customer service
study of the Engineering & Community Development Department
to determine whether our level of service to the community
is being done in the most efficient and effective manner.
The Village Manager stated that the contract would not
exceed $5, 000.
The Village Board concurred and noted their may be
benefit to extending a review into other Departments.
The meeting adjourned at 12:45 4.m.
