scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 12, 1996, this
Executive Session was called to consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEr,
The Village Manager requested a meeting with the
Village Board for the purpose of discussing FY 1996-97 wage
and salary increases. Upon discussion, it was the
consensus of the Village Board to meet in Executive Session
immediately following the Budget review meeting on March 20,
1996.
The meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
