Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 12, 1996, this
Executive Session was called to consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Board discussed the recommendations made by
the Informations Systems Committee regarding the
restructuring of the Data Processing activity. Upon further
discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was as
follows:
• to authorize the creation of a Network Engineer
position; This item will be placed on the March 26
Village Board Agenda;
• to maintain the agreement with Integrated Technology
Group, Inc. (ITG) for data processing consulting
services.
