Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority
vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and
Board of Trustees on 04-09-96, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Personnel Committee Chairperson Czarnik reviewed the Committee's
recamrendations for the renewal of the Village's employee health care
plan. Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the Village Board to
approve the health care plan as recommended. This item will be
addressed under a consent addendum at the April 9, 1996 Village Board
meeting.
