Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9, 1996
Executive Session was called to consider a land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village Manager reviewed his April 4, 1996 memo regarding the sale of the
Dierking Terrace site. The Village Manager will stay in touch with Draper &
Kramer regarding their possible interest in purchasing the property or granting an
easement for access to the site.
In addition, should Draper & Kramer not be interested in purchasing the property or
granting an access easement, the Board would entertain leasing the property for
truck storage to build sufficient reserves to reconstruct Dierking Terrace.
The Board expressed a concern over the 8% fee presented by Ron Behm. The
Manager will pursue the agent's fee further.
