Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23. 1996. this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager stated that Police Officer Bazukas was seeking a
temporary waiver of the residency requirement due to the fact that he sold his
house sooner than anticipated and was unable to rent it back until his new
residence was available. Until his new residence is ready in June, Officer Bazukas
will be located just outside of the 15-mile required radius. It was the consensus of
the Village Board to authorize the temporary residency waiver.
This item will be placed on the May 14 Village Board Agenda.
