Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Al2ril 23, 1996, this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that former Police Sergeant,
Bob Arnold, who has been on disability pension for the past 13 years, has been
deemed eligible for reinstatement by his doctor. The Village Manager stated that
the Village Attorney is researching this issue and would be providing the Village
Board with further information concerning this situation in the near future.
