Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23 1996 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Manager updated the Village Board on the status of clean-up at
381 Cedar. The Village Manager stated that the house needed to be fumigated to
remove insects and rodents which inhabited the dwelling. In order to fumigate the
house, the building and neighboring residences would have to be evacuated for 24
hours. In addition, a Police Officer will need to be posted outside of the building
during the fumigation process. The cost of fumigation is $2,500.
Upon discussion, it was the consensus of the Village Board to have the
house fumigated as soon as possible and to cover the costs of neighboring residents
being temporarily relocated, if necessary.
The meeting adjourned at 9:48 p.m.
