Subject Personnel
Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion
at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President
and Board of Trustees, on April 25, 1989, this Executive
Session was called to consider a personnel matter.
The subject of compensation in 1989-90 for the
Assistant Village Manager was discussed. A consensus
was reached to:
1. Raise the Assistant Village Manager's base pay to
$53,084: an increase of 3.4%, or $1,715;
2. Grant a cost of living and general performance
increase of $5,000 (9.7% above his 1988-89 salary)
to be paid in a lump sum on May 1, 1989.
