Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 9-19-89 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
Land Acquisition matter.
A motion was made by Trustee Tosto,and seconded by Trustee Bosslet,
to go into an executive session, following a regularly scheduled Committee
of the Whole meeting.

LAND ACQUISITION
Members discussed the status of the parcel of land along
Rohlwing Road which is currently not being used as a park
facility by the Elk Grove Park District.
Consensus was to draft a letter to the Park District
Board asking what its intentions are for the subject site.
