Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on NnvPmhPr 28, 1989 this Executive Session was called to consider a
land a�ffljisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village Manager informed the Board of a 1.83 acre parcel,
located along the east side of Salt Creek just south of Arlington
Heights Road, which is being sold for delinquent taxes. The minimum
bid is $250.
It was the concensus of the Board to pursue the acquisition
of the site for use as open space. The Village Manager was authorized
to bid on the property during the public auction.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
