Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-23-89 , this Executive Session was continued from 5-23-89
to discuss a Litigation matter.

Members met with Joseph Karaganis and Jamie Brusslin from
the law firm of Karaganis and White. Members discussed the
proposed location of the WBBI4 tower in Roselle and inquired
about what position the Village should take on the location
of the tower.
Karaganis reviewed the cost of performing a preliminary
investigation of the case.
Consensus was to employ the law firm of Karaganis and
White at a cost not to exceed $15,000 to examine the
environmental issues and others of the proposed WBBM radio
tower in Roselle.
