Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 1-9-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Board continued discussion of the proposed relocation
of the CBS Radio Tower.
The consensus of the Board was to spend an additional
$10,000 to continue litigating the matter until a decision is
reached by the Illinois Department of Transportation. In
addition, the Board concurred that an acceptable settlement would
have to include reimbursement to the Village of all legal fees
expended on the matter, and include a means of underwriting the
cost of moving for anyone near the tower site wishing to move
because of the tower relocation.
