Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 1-9-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

Attorney Knickerbocker informed the Board that the owner
of the unincorporated Pecora property has filed suit in Cook County
to obtain an industrial zoning of the property.
The consensus of the ,Board is to have Attorney Knickerbocker
try to negotiate an annexation of the site,located between Higgins
and Oakton, west of Stanley Street, with a zoning classification of
Office/Transitional.
