Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularl scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
Attorney Knickerbocker informed the Board that the owner
of the unincorporated Pecora property has filed suit in Cook
County to obtain an industrial zoning of the property.
The Village Attorney is to offer to Pecora' s Attorney
[not
evelopment in Elk Grove under 0/T District only. No other
lassification would be acceptable to the Village. If 0/T is
acceptable to Pecora, drop the matter and let the County
andle both the litigation and development. The Village would
o longer be party to the litigation.
