Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on I-23-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a

LITIGATION
Village Attorney Knickerbocker informed the Village Board of
negotiations with CBS officials regarding the relocation of
the Radio tower. It was his opinion that the negotiations
progressed favorably on the plan that was proposed. In addition,
Knickerbocker noted that CBS asked for the Village to prepare
and submit a draft settlement agreement.
It was the consensus of the Committee that a skeleton agreement
defining the points of discussion be prepared. The agreement
must clearly state that it is to be used for negotiation purposes
only. Karaganis is to prepare for and attend the next Roselle
Plan Commission meeting concerning this topic.
