Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 2-13-90 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

Joseph Karaganis brought: the Board up-to-date on the
status of the CBS Radio Tower relocation.
Karaganis reported that several legal options exist
to prevent the relocation. Ane option would be to void the
Roselle Annexation. A second option is the overturning of the
issuance of permits by Federal or State agencies on the basis
of procedural rulings.
Karaganis and Knickerbocker were directed to prepare costs
associated with the various litigation options.
