Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on ---5-8-90 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
litiaation matter.

LITIGATION
Attorney Knickerbocker informed the Board that a trial on the
appropriateness of Cook County's R-5 zoning of the Pecora property will take
place on June 8, 12, or 16.
The consensus of the Boatel was for the Village to inform the residents
along Wildwood Road that a trial date and time have been established.
In addition, it was the consensus of the Committee for the Village
Attorney to assist the State's Attorney in the preparation of the trial. The
Village Attorney can (if asked) inform the plaintiff that Elk Grove Village will
consider development proposals from Pecora.
