Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-15-90 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
Attorney Knickerbocker brought the Board
up-to-date on the litigation involving the Pecora
property.
Pecora' s Attorney wants to discuss an
appropriate zoning for the property. There was
consensus to consider the same type of zoning
as Gullo received on the west side of Stanely
Street, with additional safeguards included in
Gullo' s annexation agreement.
In addition, there was a consensus to see
Pecora' s site plan before confirming the zoning .
