Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-22-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a

LITIGATION
Village Attorney Knickerbocker briefly discussed
the issue of the recapture provision in the SBL
Agreement, which is the focus of SBL' s litigation.
Karaganis will be submitting an update to the
Village Attorney on the pending suit with the Army
Corps of Engineers (CBS/WBBM permit) .
Trustee Chernick moved and Bosslet seconded
a motion to adjourn. The Executive Session adjourned
at 8 : 05 p.m.
