Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 7-10-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
LITIGATION matter.

President Zettek informed the Board Members that he
had spoken with one of the representatives of the Wildwood
Road homeowners. The representative (Mr. Evans) said that
the homeowners would rather see the Pecora property zoning
issue settled in Court. The residents do not want the Village
to negotiate annexation and development of the property if
the property will have a commercial or industrial use.
It was the consensus of the Committee to send a letter
to the three Wildwood Road representatives. The letter will
ask that the representatives affirm the homeowners' position.
In addition, the letter will inform the representatives that
the Village will no longer be a party in the lawsuit should
the homeowners wish to have the issue settled in Court. The
Village will, however, pass a resolution protesting Cook
County's rezoning of the property. That resolution will
compel a three-quarters vote by the Cook County Board in
order to approve a rezoning of the property.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :10 p.m.
