Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the village President and Board of Trustees
on 3-12-91 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney brought the Village Board up-to-date
on the history of the Calderone lawsuit.
The consensus of the Village Board was to have the Village
Attorney seek a dismissal of the case and to seek sanctions in
the form of attorney's fees, if appropriate.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
