Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-14-91 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
President Zettek brought the Village Board up-to-date
on the litigation surrounding the relocation of the WBBM
Radio Tower.
Hamilton Partners and CBS were allowed to intervene
in the Village's suit against the Army Corps of Engineers.
The next move in the suit will be discovery. It will cost
an additional $30,000 to $40,000 to pursue the litigation
in Court.
The consensus of the Committee was to have Joseph
Karaganis attend the May 21 Committee of the Whole meeting
to discuss the litigation in more detail.
The meeting was adjourned at Midnight.
