Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 11-26-91 this Executive Session was called to consider a
land acquisition matter.

The Village Manager reviewed the activity taking place regarding
the sale of land between Higgins Road and Oakton Street west of
Lively Boulevard.
The Village still is interested in acquiring 3 or more acres
for a fire station, fire training facilities and perhaps a major
salt storage facility.
The Park District has expressed an interest in acquiring
from 15 to 20 acres for a recreational park.
A private party has or is about to acquire 15 acres for a
truck terminal.
The Village's approach to the property owner will be reviewed
after the first of the year.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:19 p.m.
